What we manufacture
Handbags are our core category: shoulder bags, structured and unstructured bags, and related leather accessories. Alongside handbags we manufacture wallets, card holders, belts and other small leather goods, so a collection can be produced within one atelier.
Client names remain confidential. We manufacture under our clients' brands and do not disclose the houses we work with.
How a handbag project runs
- Development
- We review the design or brief with your product team and translate it into a manufacturable specification, including construction, hardware and finishing decisions.
- Pattern making
- Our pattern makers produce the technical pattern and dossier for each silhouette, to the tolerances required for repeatable production.
- Prototyping
- First samples are produced and reviewed. Patterns and construction are refined across iterations until the piece matches the intended design.
- Material sourcing
- Leathers, exotic skins, technical textiles and components are sourced through our established European supplier relationships.
- Manufacturing
- Approved samples move into production in Ubrique, in small batches or full production runs depending on the collection.
- Quality control
- Finished pieces pass our quality control protocol before leaving the atelier, with documentation supplied on delivery.
From prototype to production
A handbag only enters production once the prototype is approved. Because development, pattern making and manufacturing happen in the same atelier, the approved sample is the reference used on the production line, which keeps the finished run consistent with what was signed off.
Volumes are flexible: we produce both small batches for emerging brands and full production runs for established houses.
