The six stages
- 1 · Design & Development
- We start from your design, sketch or brief and develop it into a manufacturable specification, agreeing construction, hardware and finishing.
- 2 · Pattern Making & Prototyping
- Technical patterns and dossiers are produced, prototypes are made, and construction is refined until the sample is approved.
- 3 · Material Sourcing
- Leathers, exotic skins, technical textiles and components are sourced through established European supplier relationships and confirmed on the sample.
- 4 · Manufacturing
- The approved sample goes into manufacturing in Ubrique — cutting, preparation, assembly, stitching and finishing.
- 5 · Quality Control
- Pieces are checked against the approved sample through our quality control protocol before they leave the atelier.
- 6 · Production
- Runs are produced at the volume the collection requires, from small batches to full production, and delivered with documentation.
One atelier, end to end
Because all six stages happen in-house, the prototype and the production run are made by the same team, in the same place. That removes the handover between a development studio and a separate factory, which is where specification detail is usually lost.
A brand can enter the sequence at any point: with a finished technical package, with a design that still needs development, or with a physical reference to be reproduced.
